Volkov Dmitry (born 9 July 1976 in Moscow) is an capitalist and intellectual. He founded Social Discovery Group, an international internet company with main office in Malta, and co-owns Dating Group.

In 2016, he created the SDG Arts & Science Foundation.

He possesses a PhD in philosophical research and co-founded the Moscow Center for Consciousness Studies (MCCS) at the Academic Department of Moscow State University.
